This shop starts out friendly, But as other one star reviews have mentioned, if you don't do exactly what they say and how they say it, it turns sour really fast especially when it comes to asking for creativity and letting them do their thing for your situation. They are very greedy with fees and extra money charges. We literally had a delivery that was a 2-minute walk away from their store - a neighbor company on the same street right down the road - and because it was a holiday they price gouged and tried to take advantage of the customer. We offered them all flexibility on arrangement and timing to no avail . The more we tried to accommodate them the higher the price went. This is frowned upon by the Attorney General of Florida who are not understanding and have taken a stance against local price gougers (taking advantage of others) especially in times of need or celebration. To put the icing on the cake they pass all credit card fees to the customer and price gouge on any deliveries. This can be understandable for a business with very small transactions, like a small convenience store where the fee is just $0.30. But greedy business owners can't resist making customers pay th

This is my favourite place to buy flowers from right now. I found it accidentally couple months ago and have been buying from here every couple weeks since because I’m the kind of person that always has fresh flowers on the table. They have really nice arrangements that seem like a regular Miami price but if you choose your flowers or create your own bouquet price-quality ratio is insanely good. 6 huge beautiful hydrangeas that are on the picture here are $16 and they last really long time. $16… Definitely consider this florist as your go-to

The flowers are always great and the people at Midtown Florist are always super helpful and creative. But today was the 1st time I ordered online for delivery and It went well and they delivered in about 2 HOURS! I foresee using Zoom Bloomz for many upcoming apologies lol

I was looking for a local florist close to my venue and found Zoom Bloomz online. A friend & I went in person to inquire about wedding florals & although we didn’t get information at that time the staff was lovely as were the floral arrangements (we purchased a couple for our homes). I was put in touch with the owner Margarita who was very fun to work with and was able to make beautiful wedding florals for us even though I only had a couple of ideas. The arrangements ended up being exactly what I wanted in terms of color palette & size. Margarita was always very responsive and flexible on the delivery time on the wedding day as we were doing a first look. I loved being able to support a local, woman owned business & the great value for the product was undeniable.

Absolutely the best roses in Miami! The first time we bought roses from these wonderful ladies, they lasted us about two weeks which is the longest we've had any roses last us. We just went a second time to buy this beautiful ruffled variety of roses and they've opened up so beautifully and smell incredible. Can't wait to continue supporting this business with our next rose purchase! 10/10 Recommend!
